Another hog down

Buddy and I went out early Sunday morning, was hearing hogs and deer within 200 yards of leaving truck.
Slow hunted about 45 minutes towards the watering hole.
Being that the water is up on a hill though leaves and dry grass, I decided to stay on the road. Just as I'm getting ready to snap a photo of a legal buck that was with a doe. Boom. .......
After a short run up the hill this is what my buddy had on the ground.

Glad he shot it where he did. Found a nice patch of mad. Not quite a wallow but definitely somewhere they're using daily. It's about a 15 x 5 yard area.

If I had my bow I could've shot the buck. He was only 30 yards from me. Darn rotator cuffs.
