I've been watching the same herd of deer since early February waiting for the bucks to drop there antlers. I only come home from school every 2 weeks which makes it hard to hit all the areas I want to. Its been 2 weeks since I've been out looking and 4 weeks since I first started seeing the smaller bucks dropping. I went out looking today sure that all the bucks would have dropped. When I got close enough to see some of the deer, I noticed 2 little bucks still holding on to 1 antler. I then noticed 2 deer running through a field towards the rest of the herd and couldn't believe it when I looked through my spotting scope and saw antlers. One buck was a decent 4x4 with both sides and the other was a smaller buck with 1 side. The wierd thing is that I've seen these same 3 young bucks with 1 antler for 4 weeks now and have searched the area hard and haven't found one shed. I also noticed a lot of deer in the herd that looked like they could have been bucks that had shed but after searching the area for 2 hours and finding nothing, i'm not sure what I was seeing. Here's a pic of the 4x4 and the smaller buck, although not a very good picture.

I was bored yesterday so I took some pictures of some of the skulls that I need to clean up and mount. This first buck is the dead buck I found 2 weeks ago while out looking:

The rest of the skulls although not all that I have laying around still needing to be cleaned up. The two bucks in the middle row are my bucks from the last 2 years.

I've had about the same amount of luck latley.

Got skunked my last 3 times out. Got hit real hard with more than a foot of fresh snow about 1.5 wekks ago and it's just stating to melt.

It sure put a damper on things! Good luck!

We got lots of time yet!

Looks like you have really good genetics in your area, even the smaller bucks have decent lenght. In the face on pic the buck to the right has wicked length a couple more years and he would been a monster..... Good Job!!! P.S. check your Email.
