I was wondering if anyone had any help for good areas to try on Rinconada Ranch??? This is my first trip to this property and would appreciate any help anyone can give....Thanks Eric

Email Tree Doc. I remember when he hunted with me in Parkfield, he told me he has hunted Rinconada Ranch. He's a good guy and should help you out.

I have heard that the two ponds on the southern edge of of the ranch can be productive. Again, I don't speak from personal experience but have spoken with a few W.U. members who have hunted that ranch. Good luck and keep us all posted. I will hunt that ranch next year though!

You will need to contact other WU members, like treedoc, for up to date info.
As a non WU member, but a local, I heard a rumour that the pigs were trapped off the Rincanonda Ranch a few years ago. But, as we all know, pigs move alot and can be anywhere. I used to see lots of pigs in the evenings when driving the Pozo Road. In fact we had a big herd wandering around for two months here in Santa Margarita last year and the DFG trapped 31 of them...
