Any ideas what this is???

I took this pic last week when the family and I took a drive down to lake Michigan for a quick swim. I didn't notice the object behind the sailboat when I took the pic. Anyone have a good program to get a better look at what it may be? I am sure it is not another boat or I would have noticed it when I took the pic, and it wasn't in an area where there are any shipping bouys.
