To add to this Department of Defense/government mystery, Iknow there was a 0000 permit printed (in special operations black). The knowledgeof who received this pass is well above my pay grade!

I got 4 a few years back. I live near the lake and was off the day registration opened. It didn't seem to help any though no pigs that year. Lol
