Anyone wanna go hunting...?

I feel the need to get out and spot and stalk. Nature calls and I have to go. Is anyone intrested in camping/hunting the weekend of May 13-15 at either FHL or CR - whichever one is open for hunting.......? I live in So. California if anyone wants to carpool. Of for those North - anyone up for a hunt - meet ya there.

Just went last Saturday for pigs at the Carrizo Nat. Mon. & at the Los Padres N.F. & all the hills, peaks & fields were a verdant, lush apple green color. It was a soothing, exhilirating time to just be sucking in Nature's awesome display. We didn't see any pigs, BUT we witnessed an elk cow giving birth at the Carrizo N.M. It was awesome. Go out NOW!!!!.....before the Calif. dry climate burns all the green grass & turn the hills again to a sunburnt yellow/brown. Even just driving up on Fwy. 5 was magnigicent & the drive back on the 101 was pure joy. You'll love it.

I'm taking the boys out to CR over Memorial Day weekend. We'll be out at the tracks Saturday night, unless we pick something up that day.
