but after march i may be able to stand on the same ladder but not the same rung

there's a feat to be proud of.
toughest bad habit I ever dealt with.
I smoked heavy for 20+ years then quit with the patch when my grandson was born.
I've been free of the habit now for 8 years.

Bad news!
buried a couple good freinds who were unable to quit in time. One more checking out as I write this, quit work packed up and flew home to Fla. to die.
More bnad news!
I still get the urge to have one now and then but no trouble resisting.
Caution!

that was 110lbd of meat not pig weight.
