Killed this sow at 17 yds the other day in Mendocino County. Was in a group of 40 or so. Down hill quartering away, two blade rage did work and she piled up in about 10 seconds.
Congrats. I missed a nice pig at almost the same situation except it was 10 yards and downhill. I had about 3-4 seconds to draw and shoot and just shot over it. Right now seems to be a good time for pigs. I'm seeing more and more on public land.
