Good job. How many bonus points did you have going in to the draw? Since you were with USO, did they say anything about the USO lawsuit against AZ? I have not heard anything on that lately.

see us at all, too thick.

Spec, I used USO last year too in NM. I really like their prices and service. Not one complaint at all.

DAWG, I had 1 bonus point. last year i put in for AZ and NM, got drawn for NM and this year in AZ. I was very lucky. USO won the lawsuit against the State.

I am going to try again next year with USO for Elk. Their prices are same as most other outfitters. Maybe we can get some JHO members to put in also.

Hook, I know they won in the 9th district (very liberal) court, it was before the draw, and appealed to a higher court. No changes were made to the 03 draw (or spring 04 buffalo), still the 10% nonresident cap is in place. I was just wondering how the appeals are going. I have mixed feelings on this one, I am just curious. I do have ten elk points now, but that is expected as I am holding out for an early bull tag. I figure I can hunt places like ID and CO for elk on over the counter tags while waiting on primo tags elsewhere.
