AZ non-residence getting the shaft?

Johnnie, they are trying to make it real hard for ALL of us to get another December Coues tag also. They already screwed up the unit 23 hunt by cutting the December tags way back and adding an October hunt. Now, they want to do the same thig to units 21,22,24A, and 24B. Those are the only December tags you could hope to draw every other year or so. Now, you or I will be lucky to get one every 5-6 years.

Oh yeah, How did your hog hunt go?

All states with a lottery system should, at a minimum, explicitly state on their website or free literature their draw formula....I've gotten so many conflicting statements from AZ, NM, and UT personnel trying to figure it out, it ain't even funny.
