Back from Texas

We just got back from our weekend hunt from Fowlerton texas on a pig/ javelina/preditor hunt. We hunted three days and shot 4 javelina 9 pigs, a cyote, and a bobcat between my dad and I. What a great hunt they sure have alot of pigs down there. And the cyotes sure are thick along with the bobcats. The best part is that it is so much cheaper than a javelina hunt in AZ and pig hunts in CA.

Always lots of pigs, yotes and cats in Texas. As a matter of fact we have so many on our lease that is has run off alot of the good deer. We take them out when ever we can.

We went on a differant ranch on the other side of the river that his dad worked for. We hunted with Jody last year and had the same great results. The hunt costs $675 a person for two days. The largest pig was about 230lbs two 180 sows and the rest between 150-65lbs we pasted some big pigs because we did not want to hal the meat back . You can shot all the pigs you want but you have to haul all the meat back. With Jody you can shot all the preditors for free. The ranch we went on this time wanted $200 for bobcats. You can also take two Javelina a person that is the state limit. The 7 day hunting licence was about $45. This is a great hunt I cant say enough good things about it. We went last year this year and will probably go next year. They also hunt with archery as well with great success.He also dose deer hunts for white tail and some mule at another ranch. He is a real nice guy. No pics because I don't know how to post them and I am to lazy to figure it out.sorry
