got back tonite from big sandy,man was it hot lots of old pig sign. saw 4 does and 1 fawn ,bunch dove and quail and a bunch of trash. even found a pig scull with what looked to be a .22 hole in the forehead.great views from the hilltops.didnt see a pig but stilll had a good time.

Iwa sout this weekend at a friends ranch in northern cal. I also talked to my buddy who hunts right here near gilroy. We all saw the same things lots of pig sign ,but no pigs. The pigs are moving at night only, I got up to take a leak at about 3 am and I saw 8-10 pigs out in this field eating. I watched them for awhile and they where already heading toward the cover where I know they have been bedding.

well it rained off and on all day at base,and the ground is still wet,so I will hit big sandy tomorrow eve. I'll tell you guys if there's any new sign or animals
