Big Sandy WA

Greetings,
I just got my tags and am planning on going hunting in San Luis Obispo county and was wondering if anyone has any info on the Big Sandy Wildlife Area by Camp Roberts. Is it worth going to? Also, are there turkeys there? Your help is greatly appreciated.

On it's best days, it is marginal, it is one big dry river bed. Bows or shotguns only and the few pigs that wander through are on the way to the base or the ranches with the water. And turkeys would be very rare...
