Sounds like a great day in the field with your cousin Dennis. I took my 2 boys there when they were 12. 1st time out. 1 got a pig like your cousin and the other got a Dall Sheep. I couldn't afford going to a place like Choppers and this was jus 1 day so I wouldn't miss work either. The kids have put many hours in since at Tejon and camp Roberts without an animal but they love every second of it. So I guess BHR didn't ruin them and I made a good desision taking them there. Those who give fatherly advice but don't have kids should just wait till the become dads before they bless us with all their wisdom.

Dude, that sounds like the perfect fit for your cousin. Bighorn ranch isn't for the hard core hunters, but I'm sure it fits the bill for a whole lot of folks, case in point here. Great that you helped him out to get that pig, and a good lookin porker ta-boot! Nice work and bless you for helping your cousin to do the best with what he's got to give! Cool!

Great job men. Time out in the bush with friends and "killin" is always good. If I was in the same situations I would have taken my partner to BHR as well. You both are still hunters in by book.
