Do you mean the rubber around the eye cups?

Yes, the rubber end caps.
I called swarovy and they want $13 for just one. I refuse to pay it. I'm sorry but when you pay two grand for a pair of bino's, you think they'd replace the caps. If I lost them it would be different. But the caps have developed a crease where they swivel open and close. Eventually they snapped off.

Bummer that Swaro wouldn't help you out. That sort of surprises me.

I called Leica when the objective covers from my Geovids broke off (bad design) and they had me a new set in the mail within a couple of days.

That's strange that the rubber would crease and break. I see no wear at all on mine and I've been using them for years. I'm sure if you sent them the broken ones that they would replace them.

costs more to ship them to Swaro than the cups cost

. I've been there with my first 10x50s, I was suprised to find out they don't cover them when I called them too

. If I ever have internal problems I'll put the old cup back on and send it in. I searched the net and found eye cups at an online store for less, but not much, aboout $5 total w/shipping.
