I remeber reading about a group who stage "beach parties" on public beaches in Malibu that rich sumbags try to claim as their own. They come with GPS, topos, surveyors flags the whole nine. Hunting pary anyone?
Also, I beleive it is a crime to harrass anyone hunitng of fishing.

It is a crime to harass a hunter. The the person doing so could be sited. Lets talk about this warden friend of his. Has anyone thought about collecting these posts and senting them to the wardens boss. I'm sure a Regional Director of DFG would be interested in these events. Just because he's the law doesn't mean he's right or above the law.

Just be careful, he seems to have friends in law enforcement. It didn't use to be this bad, just the last few years. I used to cruise around on all that BLM land in Monterey and San Benito Counties but with the skidball trespassers and poachers the ranchers making things bad, the ranchers have gotten very defensive.
If you go to Stockdale be absolutely sure of where you are...
