Boars near San Antonio

Just arrived in san antonio for maybe 10 days to do some work, brought my bow equipment to hunt a boar from an add i saw on Craigslist but looks like a bait and switch, went from 100 to possibly 4-500 i am on a tight window of opportunity since work needs me there, anyone have any guidance on anytihng around here, haven't bought my license yet if i dont know if i can find a spot. Back home in Southern CA not many places to find any hogs. help anyone.

San Antonio Lake? San Antonio TX? Your thread says San Antonio and that's it? REally need to be specific here as we've got hog hunters in CA and TX on this forum.
