L2h he has C.N.S.> Confused Newguy Syndrome, it's OK it goes away after awhile.

he states in his first post:
( Any information is GREATLY appreciated. )
Were is all the thanks! Exactly!
Veterans info is invaluable here guys, I only give it out to the ones that deserve it, which means they have to prove themselfs here on jho they are worthy of it, sit back, watch, listen and then speak. That's why I started that post on newbies for insight....tra

Maybe you missed it. Read above where I thanked for the help. I also said I did not find anything bad said about their service other than a guy complaining about the cabin. You guys are a tough crowd. In any case, thank you again for the help.

Regardless of all the negative feedbacks, you still booked the trip means our feedbacks are invaluable to you so why even ask? And to think $200/day is cheap for semi-guided hunt means something is wrong with your mathematics.

I went with a guided hunt. The feedback I saw about Deedy coincides with how nice and willing to help she is over the phone.

I hope to have a positive experience and will post pictures upon my return.

Thank you all for your positive and negative comments.

Mochosia my man I read all post thourghly I did notice your thank u, I am not trying to be a dick or give u a hard time because u are new this also applies to veterans members too, but the thank u I was talking about is the thanks box at the left hand bottom of the post box. If someone really feels highly appreciative of another jho member helping or giving them info or advice they would use that thanks to show it. We are not trying to be tuff on u, u asked for good advise, some veterans who have first hand experience of Bryson try to warn u and u still went and did it, tbsts vool it is a free country, That's fine u might have the best hunt of your life or the worst but or someday when some one new ask this same question agian about Bryson I am sure u will have sound advise and experience too give gbem .Look forward to your Bryson adventure story good or bad just make it an exciting story when u post.

Mochosia just to show u i am a nice guy i will give u your first thanks, and I don't just give those to anyone for nothing but u will be this one exemption as an example of how to use it but don't abuse it, have a great weekend!...tra

I see. Honestly, I hadn't even noticed it. Now I know and will use it. I'm looking forward to my hunt and will post a report as soon as I come back.

Well, it turned out that there was a double booking and my date was given to someone else. It was my fault as I waited until the last minute to book it and the guide booked the time. Deedy was very apologetic and offered other days but they are too far now and I really want to go before. I'm now looking for other guides that do archery. The other option is the semi guided but the success rate is much lower. Sigh....

Thanks Bret. I'm a little booked up right now though thanks to this forum. I have a a waiting list through December or so (but not all the hunts are set in stone yet).

I have a hunt this weekend actually. I will be posting the results early next week. Wish us luck!

I owe it all to JHO!!

You were given the contact info to Tom Willoughby which could save you about $200 for the same hunt and you still choose to pay the extra $$ to go through BHR. Either way you will still be hunting with either Tom or Blake Willoughby. The part that does not make sense is why do you not like saving money?

And if you paid the full price of 2 night cabin + guided hunt, you could save $150 if had bought a Tejon fully outfitted hunt.

Simple, I had been working with Deedy for a while and it did not feel right going behind her back and booking a hunt directly with her guide. But as I said before, she ended up canceling the trip due to double booking so now it is up to me who I book the hunt with.

You asked but did not listen. I hunted BrysonResort sometime 2010 with Live2Hunt & Xdhunter and we got skunk. DON'T DO IT. See the thread "The Hunt of Lady Luck". Go to Cottonwood Hunting. I was there last Sunday Apr.20.

Doesn't that tells you something about how Deedy runs the show, now?
