CA application question

OK, so I read everything and I *think* I know the answer but thought I would check. Here's the deal.

I am putting in as a party for elk and antelope. My buddy is putting in for sheep but I am not. That means 3 applications in the same envelope (2 as a party) and a fee of $37.50. The instructions say to put the fee on only on app and state the number of total apps and total fee for the envelope. Right now my buddies CC info and signature is on the big horn app with it stating "3" applciations and total fee of $37.50. It just worries me to have no payment info on the elk or antelope applications. Maybe I should write, "Payment info on huntersname sheep application in same packet.

Anywho just checking what others have done before I lick the envelope and send it.

I just sent 3 elk, 3 antelope and 2 sheep applications in 1 envelope with a single check for $60. This is for myself and my 2 kids and we are all applying seperately. I have done this for several years with no problem, better than no problem, I drew a tule elk last year.

Thanks for the info fells, I just get a little squeamish sending in 2 apps with my name on them with no payment method listed since it is on the sheep app.

307 gross 283 4/8 net. 11 4/8 difference and -12 on the drop tine. It's a shame he broke off his other drop tine on his left side. He had a matching set.
I could have killed a bigger one that would have scored much higher but I liked this guy better, I'm not into the score, I only scored it (unofficially) because I'm always getting asked.

Shouldn't be any deduction for that sweet dropper if he was, and should be, scored as a non-typical. You wouldn't want to email me that zone # with that bigger bull would ya Glass eye....

i sent in 11 apps with one payment. they charged the card for the exact amount. so im assuming it was all good. i felt the same way, but they say exactly what they want. so i had some faith.

How long did it take them to hit your CC? I like to use that as confirmation that they received my apps.
