If you have 1 point, you do not get any special benefit by applying to a zone with only one tag. "For quotas of one (1), the tag shall be awarded using a Draw-By-Choice drawing." (Tracks, '03, page 15), also, any zone with less than 10 tags will have 1 tag allocated to "Draw-By-Choice". Instead of the 90% rule, they will use 75% of the tags for the preference point draw.

I don't know if that changes anyone's thought of zones, but wanted to pass that along.

Good info, FPS. Definitely makes an impact on my odds (perceived) of getting drawn for Grizzly Island antlerless.

I'm wondering... as we start to really read the fine print, how many more of these little caveats will come up?
