Just thought i would share my latest meat hog i got last night. He is not a big one but a hog none the less...

Saw this group about a hour before dark 4 young hogs like him and a huge 300pound sow. This was the only one i could get a clear shot at.

Enjoy

Nice Hog! I like how you skinned him out. What do you do with the hide/head?

BBQ is good for you! about 10 people can feast, maybe more.
I am thinking about getting a smaller, younger pig in my next couple of hunts, but if I bump into a 300 lb sow, I'll think hard about pulling the trigger.
Great pig, nice story.

those big sows are the ones that have the large litters of babies, you should hold off on shooting them.

On this particular property the owner wants them gone.:chainsaw: They have made it very clear shoot them all on sight, knowing i could never fully get rid of them i give it the ole college try to put a dent in the population..

Well if you ever need a hand "puttin a dent in them" I would be more than happy to "help"!! I grew up on 10 acres up their in Brooks, about 7-8 miles from there.

Don't worry about them "big sows",they breed like flys. Those large litters make more opportunity. Good Job.
