Lowepro makes some good camera bags. They use a quality fabric on the outside, and a padded inside. I'm not sure which one would fit your camera the best, I would recommend going to a store and testing out a couple different designs. Also consider if you need to carry an extra battery or other accessories (cables, memory cards, etc).
I used a lowepro for my old sony f707, and one thing that I liked a lot about it was that it had lash tabs on the back of the bag, so I could lash it on to the exterior of my hunting pack.
