Finally the tape info 1-805-238-8167 says they are going to be open this month April 28-29 for turkey and hog. I wanted to do a guided hunt at bryson resort but my transmission went out on my honda so ill have to do at another time.

If Camp ROb has been closed for a while should we assume that the piggies have not been pressured and will be out during daylight hours? Never been there either...is it similar to FHL?

KSBerry, Your thinking would be correct, however, several months ago they started allowing staff and those who work on the base to hunt (pigs only) at any time. My neighbor who is a part time fire fighter said it was decent at first but not so lately, as everyone is taking the opportunity to hunt while the current order is in effect. Good Luck.

Roberts environmental program also has a depredation permit due to the endangered plants which occur on post.

I saw a huge boar take there last year. Im not sure if it's still the same but it seemed like there was no shortage of pigs. I think a few dozen pigs were down by the end of the weekend. Which I consider pretty good.
