Last night I plucked a lemon off the tree and tossed it out on the grass, drew back my longbow and let the arra fly. It hit its mark and stuck the fruit to the ground.

I hid behind a trashcan and told my son to roll the same lemon as if he was bowling. When it was loosed, I rose and let an arra fly. I anchored that lemon to the earth below.

From a kneeling position and arra knocked, I had my buddy throw a clay pigeon in the air. Once the pigeon neared its peak, I snap shot and split it in two.

To test my skills I turned from the soda-can and walked for miles and miles, or so it seemed. When I felt I wouldn’t be able to see the can, I turned again and let that arra fly. Dang it!! I didn’t think a soda-can could do so much damage to my cedar shaft, but it did.

I think I’m ready for the hunt ahead. Hawgs, you better hide from me!!

Never being able to leave good enough alone, I flung one more at the squirrel off to my side. 10yards? Maybe…

I can’t believe it. Buck fever again.
