Canyon river Honkers

While fishing and taking pictures this weekend, I found a pair of Honkers on a island in the middle of the river. This was the same island I had found the dead Deer on and took some pictures of it. I decided to make the best of an opportunity and take some pictures of the Honkers at the same time. What I didn't know, they were also nesting. I got in, took my pictures and got out of there right away, so they would get back on the island / nest.
