If they weigh 60# we sell them to a buying station. Don't get much money for them, but we can't eat all that we catch anyways. If they don't weigh enough to sell, then they either end up on our bbq pit or on somebody else's pit around town.
I know how unrestricted Texas hog hunting is and all of us Calif. folks are drooling at your harvest. Congrats!!! Those little ones are really good charcoal roasted whole, rotisserie style, rotated on a pole. The skin comes out crispy. Man!! you are in hog heaven.

I've never trapped an animal before. Must be pretty exciting to do. If I had a cause to trap animals for food,money,clothes,property damage problems, or anything else like that then I think I would be too excited to sleep before going out and checking my traps the next morning. Thanks for sharing the cool pics with us.
