I had been using a Polaris 2 up quad for a few years, but my shoulders can no longer take the abuse from the handlebars. Even though it has power steering it was killing my right shoulder. Tough to ride with one hand. I purchased a used Honda Pioneer 500 in the middle of deer season last year and have been able to drive it without too many issues. I have an F250 with an eight-foot bed and by modifying the front brush guard and winch mount I can close my tailgate when I load the Honda. I don't go on the really rough offroad trails any longer but a few I use are way too small for a full-size truck. When I went shopping for a side by side with 4 wheel drive I was told there was no way I would close my tailgate with a side by side. Well tape measures don't lie and with some modifications I got it done and I do have a winch on the front.
