It's hard to get a loan on raw land, so I'm in the process of figuring out the best way to fiance the property!

What part of Ca. and what city is it near?

I understand if your not to specific just wondering general area.

North of San Diego.....but LD wants this land pretty bad, i doubt he'd give up the details....but he might be a property owner in the very near future.

Looks like a great area. I would recommend contacting reputable mortgage companies, banks and lenders and asking them if they can help you in any way. If they can't, have them point you in the right direction. There are tons of loan programs out there (most for homes, unfortunately) and you may find one just right for your situation.

Is the current owner willing to finance it for you?
