Great find! Just one question. Do you always go hiking in flip flops?

I really hope it works out for you. In January my wife and I bought our first home in Washington. It was quite the experience.. I can only hope that buying property wouldn't be quite as complicated. I would love to own a nice piece of mountain property! That would be SWEET!!!!!

I swear. Last year I had me a little surf rat Deer hunter, in the mountains, just like that, shorts, t-shirt and flip flops!

That boy laid the smack down on a Deer now. Grab'd it by the antlers, and awaaaaaay he went dragging it.

It was sooooo refreshing to see that.
