So what ever happened to that piece of property just north of San Diego? Did you get it?

When's the pig roast?

I know that post was pretty old, but damn that property looks nice.

Yeah, 160 acres for $70,000, 20 minutes SW of Red Bluff, 2 year-round creeks, trees, pigs, bear, deer it had it all! I think it sold or was takin off the market(maybe Bubba knows more), I couldn't afford it at the time would of been awesome.

It also bordered national forrest.

Too bad. Due to some inheritance I got last year I could have written the guy a check. Would love to own that.

That's ok LD. Everytime I think about this and all the time I have spent looking for property like this and find nothing I get sick. For those of us that have hunted private ground know what we're missing.

Kentuck.... are you looking for a piece of land?

I know of a spot, 154 acres in Livermore. I was on it, but something I was counting on didn't come through and I hate to see it go to some city person who wants to build a frickin' trophy home on it.

Drop me an email if you're shopping.

Farm Credit is the best place to go for realestate loans. They will finance large and small tracts of land for up to 20 years.
