I use scent waffers and earth/scent killer spray as well, plus a large batch of crown in the evenings to kill bacteria.

For scent control I put Baking Soda in a bag with my clothes to kill any scent. Cheap and it works good to eliminate all odors. Works good in my sweaty boots also.

Hey BDB, yes it is the Savana series. I have pants and a shirt. I noticed it seemed kind of noisey when I was trying it on. I'll figure something out.

I thought that too when I tried them on. Trying to sneak silently though the woods in the early morning low light with no wind (ie, very quiet) just confirmed that they are stand clothes for me.

Thanks for all the input on the scent cover clothes. I just pulled out a few pairs of earth toned lightweight chore pants. Washing them in scent free detergent, then I'll throw them in the bag with the earth cover wafers. Should work fine. Not as quiet as my fall hunting pants, but a lot quieter than those savana pants.

Chopper, good luck with your surgery tomorrow. Will you be on meds? You'll be able to have a beer with us at somepoint I hope. I'll bring lots of AA batteries if you guys can let me borrow a walkie talkie. That's next on my wish list.

Oh hey, just a quick note... Picked up the food from the store today,...here's what I'll be contributing...

Gatorade
Bottled Water (3 large containers, plus a pack of 12 ouncers)
1 Frozen lasagna (party size)
Jen's special turkey burgers
24 hamburger buns
1 loaf of sliced white bread
jars of peanut butter and strawberry jam
box of cereal bars
3 dozen eggs
beer

Let me know if we need anything else, and I'll stop by the store after work tomorrow.

On another note, my transmission is going out. Thought I noticed something a little funny a few days ago and then yesterday it really started droping gears bad. Rented a 4wd Chevy Trailblazer... Should get me through the weekend.
