Choppers: March 14th-16th hunt, Roll Call

That's what I kept telling myself, it only takes one and this hunt will suddenly get much better. I was wondering if the hogs were in camo or something! Still was great being out and seeing all the deer, turkeys, and quail. Just no hogs this trip. The only hunter who saw hogs was the 12 yr old! Good Luck to this group!

The 12 year old was 14 and Lee saw pigs Sunday morning. Unfortunately the hogs were not out this weekend. I am as frustrated as everyone else that was there. After many years of successful (and unsuccessful) hunts that led to many great stories on this forum and others, it seems that people have come to expect wild pigs to be everywhere and that is not always the case. I dont know what else to say.

Well I know it was tough hunting, even though thats not what this threads about, all emotions aside though wyemjohnson, I was with Lee on Sunday, I know we bumped a couple more hogs, just thought I'd add that for everyone to see on this thread, youre right our groups gotta tough hunt, we got pig fever, and were goin to enjoy another WILD HOG ADVENTURE

Yes...Yesss... We have a major weather change comming this weekend. Chance of rain on Thursday, chance of showers on Saterday, possable rain on Sunday and temps will be droping from the 70's to the high 50's and low 60's on the cold side we will be in the low to mid 30's.

Bring some rain gear just incase, you trad guys cover up the feathers, everybody sharpen your knives, I got a good feeling about this hunt.

save some pigs for me! i got 19 days till my hunt! see them or not see them, i am ditching a day at the office, and that is a very good thing. i dont expect any free lunches on a pig hunt. those things are smart!
