Is it presumptuous to say we might have fresh pork one night?

I have antelope, mule deer, and elk, which I can cook something up. What do you all prefer or would like to try. Have both burger and whole loin.

the reason i ask is we have used the gas kind outside nad being hot oil when putting the bird some of the oil splaters, it is outside but i think he can provide a extention cord so you dont get oil on the concreat inside?

pigig i have done it more then 10 times and no splatter hes the deal turkey thawed with down dry put it in the alum pot hang it from the hager it comes with hold the bird over the oil and slowly put in the bird it pops but so far thing so bad it would make you drop the bird the oil pot is maybe just over half full and its very safe i would not recomend it if it was a pain to do .. its so much nicer then the outdoor style ..

i have many friends that has the gas kind and the whole reason i did not buy one was the mess it created on the concrete may be they dont know the right wayto use it, but it has alwas been outstanding food, i need to see this thng in action! if it does what you say i am in the market for one, i love the turkey fried like that and duck and quail and phesant we even did a ham and it was great. so far the menu looks good!
