thanks for the update Chopper and thanks to everyone else for getting your deposits in. so far so good that everything on track for the hunt, i look forward to sharing this hunt with everyone and hopefully all or wild hog dream's are fullfilled that weekend.
i am really looking forward to this, it's a great place to hunt, and i really miss it!
i will bring extra food as alway's to share with everyone it' no problem at all for me.
i will tell what i am bringing later, gotta get back to work now............tra

Sounds good, I will bring something. Bring the minigrill . The george foreman doesn't work to well without 120VAC lol.

Nisan, if nothings changed the lodge has outlets with juice when we have the generator running dureing the day when we are there and then after we hunt for the evening till we crash, i pretty sure i used my rice cooker up there before, there's a gas stove and a wood stove too and there were 2 or three outdoor BBQ grill's unless thats changed, and might still be a microwave too...........tra

The cabin has a oven/stove inside, a gas grill and a wood/charcoal bar-b-q outside. There is a generator for power in the early morning and at night only. And yes, there is a microwave. The place has pots and pans, dishes and silverware. If you dont want to be washing dishes all weekend, bring paper plates, not plastic.

NOTE: There is no garbage service at the ranch, so go green as possible because someone will be packing the garbage home.

no trophy fee DK. and there are some trophy rhino's and sow's for sure that i have seen with my own eye's there, just could never seal the deal thats why i keep going back there to hunt, i know what there! also great host and great property to hunt on for sure when it comes down to archery only hunts. have a great day!......tra

1) marinated injected terriyaki chicken drumsticks
2) marinated country style pork ribs
3) new york steaks

:target::archer green:i always brought my targets too for warm ups and practice shooting > 1 broadhead and 1 field tip.

ONLY 4 WEEK'S LEFT TILL THE HUNT! TIME IS FLYING!

:smiley-mouse: i can't believe it's only 4 week's left till the hunt, just want to make sure everyone is still in and everything is on track. i look forward to getting away from the rat race and sharing the weekend at Chopper's bowhunting for wild :hog chewing::archer green: piggie's with everyone it will be good times!

we just half to set a time now with Chopper when to meet him in hollister on friday morning of the weekend hunt, and if anyone still need's directions to hollister let us know. have a great day!...........tra
