Cloudy skies equal nice shots at the zoo.

I took the family to LA Zoo on Friday the 10th, and was able to wrestle the camera from my wife a few times and take some shots. The clouds really helped make the pictures look better. Here in the desert, the intense sun ruins most daytime shots.

Camera is an old Nikon D-50 with a Nikkor 18-135 lense. All shots were done in Manual mode.
