CO elk results are up

The Colorado elk drawing results are up a week ahead of schedule. Good luck everyone. I didn't draw this year.

Thanks for the info. I applied for PP's only this year because I'm headed back to South Dakotoa for Whitetail. Wow,I now have 15 points.

HMMMMM. Where should I apply next year?

15 points is no man's land in the CO elk world. Not enough for aynthing really good for the next 20+ years, and too much for anything else....

I made the decision to hunt third tier units more regularly and am stoked to have a 66 1st seperate bull with 3 points going in......

Hey jls - what part of South Dakota do you hunt? My dad and I have hunted there the last two years and done VERY well on whitetails... The first year was in the Black Hills and last year was out in the prairie...

Southern Black Hills around Hot Springs.Been hunting the area and have had good results about the last 8 years. Hope to be successful in next months drawing.

............Colorado next year...... Should draw any one of the better units unit I want with my PP's. No dinks.
