You can apply online http://www.wildlife.state.co.us if you'd like to save postage and time.

If you've never hunted CO and only want a point the regs say you have to buy the license in one place but later on says it's a $25 fee. Which is right, anyone know?

?? I have never put in and not been drawn.(cow and buck) I am going after the big bull this year. Headed to the high country.

If you haven't bought a license the previous year, a Preference Point will cost you $25. If you did buy any type of license last year, it will cost you $3

Put my apps in for Preference points Deer and Elk. First time applying out of state even though all I want is preference points. Next year I will go for tags. I have an area I want to hunt in memory of my dad. He hunted there in the mid-60's and got a nice mulie. I'd like to try and hunt the same ground.
