Thank you Hideandwatch and DEERSLAM. Hideandwatch, straight out of the camera he looked way too over-saturated. I toned him down with a color balance, I'm not sure if Photoshop 7.0 has the same function but if it doesn't, you might be able to do the same thing with the channel mixer.

I jus use levels and that seems to work great, if not too much I use the lasso or even the mw, to isolate an area to level.
