I have been putting in for many of years now for a Colorado bull elk hunt. I have 20 points now and it's time to hunt 2019. I have taken many elk with my scope rifle but I was thinking on taking one with my muzzle loader. I have taken two hogs with my muzzle loader and thought it would be a new challenge to try for an elk. I have tried to take an elk with my bow before but was unsuccessful. So I know how to us an elk call. My thoughts is that there my be less hunters and the rut should still be going on. So I guess what I am getting at are some good areas to apply for in Colorado muzzle loader hunt. Any suggestions.
