Colorado Unit 41

I need some info on early season elk/deer in GMU 41 especially info on public access.
Some friends are going to Mesa on vacation (non-hunters) and I've been invited along.

Go to the DOW office in Grand Junction. Ask the questions you have. They are generally good people that work there. I have never hunted there. I hunt east and north of there. I have some friends that hunt it. They get nice bucks in 41. I believe it is a lot of private land. Good luck. Oct 20 or Later?
