Colorado Unit #77

My dad, brother & I got drawn for deer in that unit & are looking for good areas for Elk as well as deer.(Elk is over the counter). We live in Kalifornia & Arizona so scouting is out of the question. Thanks!

RVRKNG, you must have had some idea where to go when you put in for the tag ? I've hunted #77 for about 10 yr's with fair success.Which season did you draw a deer tag for ? only 2nd and 3rd season are over the counter for elk. I drew 4th season bull tag this year, I prefer to hunt late when hopefully the elk are in lower area's.I'll be glad to share my info with you e-mail me ..usahunter@aol.com Bill

We got 2nd season deer tags. My brother set up everthing I just applied. My brother is setting up horses also. I

was just wondering if any section is better than the rest? I have never been there.
