FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - Did you ever wonder how photographers get those great wildlife photos?

Now you can find out by attending a wildlife photography class sponsored by the Arizona Game and Fish Department and the Flagstaff Photography Club.

The class is tentatively scheduled from 7 to 9 p.m. starting Monday, April 7, at 7 p.m. at the Arizona Game and Fish office located at 3500 S. Lake Mary Road in Flagstaff. Class dates are April 7, 14, 21, and 28 and also include two Saturday field trips on May 3 and 17.

An experienced photographer, Ed Nettell, a member of the Flagstaff Photography Club, is teaching the class. Game and Fish Department employees are assisting.

The class is open to the public but space is limited. Anyone interested can call the Game and Fish office at 928-774-5045 to register. There is a class fee of $25 and students can pay on the first night the class meets. Persons under the age of 18 may attend the class as long they are accompanied by parent or guardian on the field trips.

Students will learn about film, equipment and techniques used to produce good wildlife photographs. Other topics include ethics, safety, blinds, wildlife attractants and wildlife habitat. Students are responsible for film, equipment and film processing costs.
