Just got this info. More to come, I'm sure.
My brother got a letter from the CO DOW, stating that he was unsuccessful in the draw. This is AFTER we'd already checked the website and found that he was successful.
After a call to the DOW, it turns out that there was a computer glitch, and several "Unsuccessful" notifications were erroneously mailed out.
If you get one, and thought you were successful, contact the DOW to verify before you cancel your vacation request.
