Congrats Ranchwife. You got my vote. This was a beautiful picture with great composition and focus. What made it so true to life for me was the metal tposts and barbwire. That added the reality factor for me.

That is one of 3 turn of the century barns on our place. The barn is called the sheep barn because when we used to have sheep on the ranch it was used for lambing time, then used for calving time. Now it is storage. I knew I wanted the pic to be in black and white since there are so many contrasting shades on the barn. I must have taken 20 shots of the barn using different settings, then picked the best and then started photoshopping it. On the back lefthand side of the barn you see a pole - that is actually a power pole with wires running to the barn - I edited them out!
