Well I still haven't completed my first cam and have ran into problems. I was trying to put the case back on my camera and 2 of the wires got pulled off and in the process it wrecked the circut.....now I need to try to patch them. Do you have any advice on how to fix this? I have thought of seeing if ****** will fix it for me and just wire it, so I can get my first cam done sometime soon. Well, any advice would help out. I didn't think this would be so frustrating.

Will,

Did the wires just pull off or did it pull the traces off the Circuit Board? If the traces pulled off, thats a Intricate repair but can be done with small wire or Bridging solder across the trace itself.

What camera is it ? On the owl you can pull the front off and solder directly to the spots there. There is a post in the helpful links I believe for doing this.

The traces pulled off when the solder came off. I am a little worried about trying to fix it and making it worse.

Have a look HERE.. I haven't tried (or had to try) this way, but some people here do this instead because of the easier soldering....

I'm guessing it's an owl PF from your post below.. hope this helps-
