I found some dead baby birds on the patio today and scooped them up and sealed them in a few bags and put them in the freezer. I thought they would work good as bait, but wasn't sure of the legality regarding it. I can't find anything in the regulations that suggest otherwise. The only thing I'm worried about is they might be songbirds, which would be classified as a protected species. They're too young for me to tell. What would you do?
