It's prime time for the mushrooms here.Stacy and I found another 12 pounds today.We stopped at my Dads before going home and gave some to him.

Here's the two day total minus a gallon bag.

Found this skull while turkey hunting in Kansas (April). It's like a perfect Euro mount. Also found this drop right next to a rub.......

I guess I should add my lastest finds and add some season ending pics.It's been awhile since I've found anything and doesn't look good to find anymore.I found a pile more mushrooms and made a trip upstate Pa. to look for elk sheds.I didn't find any sheds,but I finally found my first rattlesnake.
I ended the season finding 72 sheds total.I ended my 100 plus sheds a year streak this year.

All together between my boy and I we had to have found 50 lbs. plus of mushrooms this past Spring.More then I've found in the last 10 years all put together.


Here was one days worth.

Here was a 2 day total ready to eat.There was between 2 1/4 and 2 1/2 lbs. in each bag.

Here's some pics of my rattler I found on my elk shed trip.

On that same trip I almost stepped on this little guy.

And last I saw a couple bull elk with some new antler growth.
