THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TO THIS SIGHT AND FIND IT VERY INTERESTING,I NEED SOME HELP FINDING A DIGITAL CAMERA THAT GOES TO SLEEP AFTER AWHILE BUT WILL NOT TURN OFF,AND CAN BE REACTIVATED BY PRESSING THE SHUTTER BUTTON AND NEEDS GOOD BATTERY LIFE,PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU GUYS CAN.THANKS

I have an Olympus C740uz that does all the things you're looking for.

What's the intent for the camera? Sounds like a game camera need, if so look at the game camera forum and get suggestions from them.

I have a 740 and I think it would work for a game cam...just haven't had the courage to hack it.
