Youth deer hunt is limited to five. Registration accepted through Oct. 23.
COLUMBIA, Mo. — The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) invites youth to discover nature with a youth deer hunt and camp on Nov. 2 and 3 in Boone County. This program is free and open to first time youth deer hunters ages 11 to 15 and who are hunter-education certified. All selected participants must be accompanied by a parent or adult mentor age 18 or older. Hunters and mentors will camp on-site beginning Nov. 1 and all meals and tents will be provided.
