DIY Wild Hog Hunt.. Anybody been on this ranch?

I found this on Craigslist. Ranch South of Holister (Next to Pinnacles National Monument). Friday Afternoon through Sunday at sundown. One pig per hunter and comes with a places to stay, $400 per man. Says its self guided, but the owner will show you where he has seen hogs. Seems like a good deal. Anybody been on the ranch?
